CERAMIC PRO LIGHT

Light allows the surface to stay cleaner longer as dirt and grime will not stick to it. The super hydrophobic effect of the coating will cause water to bead up and roll of the surface along with any dirt and grime. Light is usually applied over 9H in the layering process. Though not as durable as 9H, it can also be applied on its own. Light also enhances gloss depth further on all painted surfaces for that wet look that is often hard to attain with synthetic waxes.

Ceramic Coatings are scratch resistant to a certain extent. Once cured, it is 2 times harder than the factory clear coat. Therefore it will have a resistance to scratches and swirls if used and maintained correctly with use of proper washing techniques. The ceramic coating will act as a sacrificial layer that can be polished out to remove swirls without affecting the factory clear coat.

The process of Ceramic Pro will take between 3-7 days depending on the condition of your paint, the size of the vehicle and the packages you select. The 1st step is to wash and prep the vehicle. The 2nd step is to correct all the imperfections in the paint such as swirls and scratches. Once the vehicle is properly prepped, a body shop safe prep solvent will be applied to the entire vehicle to get to bare paint. At this stage the coating process will begin, and each panel of the vehicle will have Ceramic Pro applied, leveled, and stacked to achieve the package you have selected.

No, Ceramic Pro will not prevent water spotting, but it WILL allow those pesky waterspots to be easily removed without damaging the surface. Because Ceramic Pro creates a protective layer over the substrate, it does not allow the minerals to corrode or etch the surface that Ceramic Pro is protecting, prolonging the life of your metals, paints, gelcoat, plastics, vinyls etc. Ceramic Pro is a silica based/glass product and the glass on your windshield can still get water spots, but it is much more resistant to water spots than your clearcoat.
Yes, Ceramic Pro does an excellent job protecting your chrome/polished finishes from corrosion, oxidation and discoloration. Ceramic Pro’s self-cleaning effect also makes maintenance a breeze. No need to continuously polish your chrome/polished finishes to keep its original luster.
Ceramic Pro is a Silica based product, meaning it is a “glass” coating. Ceramic Pro adds some rock chip resistance, but it can still get rock chips from larger stones and high speeds. The glass windshield on your vehicle will still get rock chips, just much less often than your clearcoat.
No, Ceramic Pro cannot be washed away like a wax or sealant giving it long lasting results. You must use abrasion (wetsand/compound/polish) to remove Ceramic Pro.

Maintenance

That’s the great thing about Ceramic Pro Products. Water and a mild soap or dish soap will do the trick. Good bye harsh chemicals, clay bars, etc. Even glass cleaner or a No Rinse lubricant/wash will work to quickly and easily maintain your coating.
No!!! Ceramic Pro Products are the permanent replacement to wax and sealants. You can throw those products in the trash!
Yes. To maintain your warranty, you need to attend the quarterly service. This is to ensure that Ceramic Pro performs properly for the entire length of the warranty. If a quarterly inspection is missed, the warranty defaults to the lesser package at the time of the missed quarterly inspection. I.e a Gold (5 year) warranty becomes a Silver (3 year) warranty when the maintenance services are missed.
You should wait 4-7 days before the 1st wash to allow the solvents to outgas and the coating to fully cure. If you notice that your car gets water spots, bird droppings, tree sap etc. during these two weeks immediately remove it following our care instructions. Keep in mind the coating is softer so work on the paint very gently.
